This list of resources has been carefully compiled from those used to create the pages in this section, as well as additional resources that were discovered in searching the Internet for appropriated sources. Visitors can look under the general resources on Trauma and Terrorism compiled from a variety of organizations. Parents looking for information should check the Children's Resource section--the same list of resources that are on the Helping Children to Cope with Tragedy. Professionals--Physicians, Mental Health or Emergency Personnel should look at the General Resource section and the specific sections on Children's Resources, Acute Stress Response, Post Traumatic Stress Disorder and Major Depression for respources.
